Wim has over 25 years of experience in strategic, financial and valuation advisory services, covering a broad range of industries. He founded the valuation practice of PwC in The Netherlands, which he led for over two decades.
During his career, Wim has advised many companies, both listed and private, on how to enhance and manage value. He has acted as board room advisor in many high-profile M&A transactions, both domestic and international, on valuation and other deal related matters. Wim has also acted as an expert witness in commercial disputes both in court and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
Wim holds a PhD in finance from the University of Groningen and is professor of Business Valuation at the same university. He also is the program director of the Executive Master of M&A and Valuation.
Hans is an experienced trainer in the fields of corporate finance, valuation, modeling and financial management. For more than 15 years Hans has provided training to professionals working for (international) investment banks, accountancy firms, private equity and institutional investors. Hans also teaches in various MSc, MBA and Executive programs of the Erasmus University/Rotterdam School of Management and Nyenrode Business University.
Hans has 20 years of advisory experience in corporate finance and valuation in various settings, such as M&A, strategic decision making and dispute resolution.
Hans holds a MSc in finance from the University of Tilburg and graduated with honours.
